But Dean is the best.
While you see the paperwork are similar from one agency to another, they are still different.
More importantly, communication matters. He listens to every concern you have and advise you his professional opinion taking consideration of your concern.
If you too have high expectation on property manager, have a chat with Dean. - Madie Huntley Added December 27, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I rented a unit in Randwick from Laing and Simmons Kingsford for 5.5 years and always had any issues/repairs attended to promptly. The agent Dean who looked after us was a little picky on the routine inspections however when we bought our investment unit we engaged him to manage it because after renting from him we had experienced first hand how he looked after his clients investments.

The team set themselves the highest standard. They have their finger on the pulse and operate with integrity. They have gone to great effort to help me purchase a property that was with another agent because they understand how to put a client first. They are always are available when i need them and this speaks volumes. Haven't found any other agents in the east that compare.
